Welding Services
Our welders are AWS D17.1:2001 certified (Current Aerospace Specification). We weld on a variety of metals including Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Etc. and we use several welding processes: GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG or Heliarc) and SMAW (Stick). This allows us to use the right welding process for the right job. For example GTAW process will be used to weld miniature parts where the cosmetics of the parts are important. For production of thick walled parts GMAW or SMAW process will be used. To join pipes that have to withstand very high pressure of hydraulic fluid or compressed natural gas, SMAW process will be used with the appropriate electrode.We have a variety of tools to assist us achieveing consistent and high quality welds. One example of that is a turning table.
